Bimed Products Earn UKCA Certification for Continued Service to the UK Market

Beijing, China, March 26, 2025 — Bimed Teknik’s China team exhibited at the 25th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (cippe), held March 26–28. Returning after its first appearance in 2023, Bimed showcased innovative products and technical capabilities at this major petroleum and petrochemical industry event.
Over the three-day exhibition, Bimed’s stand attracted professional visitors from the petrochemical, mining and energy sectors. Its technical team held in-depth technical and commercial discussions with customers and partners from across China, generating several prospective collaborations.
“We are very pleased with the response from the Chinese market,” said Bimed’s China representative. “We welcomed more than 200 professional visitors, including procurement and technical managers from major state-owned energy companies and international engineering firms.”
Bimed highlighted its full range of explosion-protected electrical solutions, including next-generation explosion-protected cable glands and connection systems, accessories for demanding environments, and cable gland ranges designed to meet current safety requirements.
The product range’s international certifications—including IECEx, ATEX, CCC, EAC and UL—were a particular point of interest for visitors with projects in multiple markets.
Bimed introduced several products developed for 2025 to the Chinese market, including lightweight explosion-protected connectors made with new composite materials and corrosion-resistant solutions for offshore platforms. These products demonstrate its research-and-development capabilities and focus on changing operating conditions and safety requirements.
Bimed’s authorized distributor in China, Changzhou Beeling Import & Export Co., Ltd., participated throughout the exhibition. A company representative said: “As Bimed’s strategic partner in China, we offer not only products but also complete solutions and local service. The customer needs gathered at this exhibition will help us further improve our service network.”
Bimed has established technical-support and after-sales capabilities in China to respond to customer needs throughout the product lifecycle, from selection to installation and maintenance.

Bimed plans to introduce customized products and solutions for the Chinese market in the second half of 2025.
